Complimentary shipping on orders over $250.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily offer you a refund on your purchase. This excludes earrings, as we can not accept a return for hygiene reasons. 

You can return a product for up to 14days from the date you purchased it.

We do not cover return shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free from makeup, fake tan, lotion, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES   

We inspect all merchandise before packing and sending, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged , or if you receive the wrong item, please email us contact@tseatjewelry.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order #, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

REFUNDS 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
